On February 7th, the class celebrated the 100th Day of School! Students wore crowns that they had designed and decorated, shared their projects, talked about the meaning of 100, participated in many math experiences involving 100, and enjoyed a special snack. Here are some scenes from the day! (I especially value these photos, because I was home with a cold and had to miss the party.)
Ms. Post and Mrs. Cullen were kind enough to snap photos and write about the day with the children. Here's what the class wrote:
Today we celebrated the 100th Day of School. We spent a few days getting ready for our celebration. We practiced counting to 100. We made posters for our bulletin board.
