Last week, the students enjoyed a read aloud book called The Giant Carrot in which a family works together to grow a special vegetable. They were thrilled when Mrs. Cullen brought in carrot pudding, which was featured in the story, for them to try on Friday! (Last week was "Five a Day Week".) Now we are working on learning to read parts for a small play of the book that we'll perform this week for the other Kindergarten classes.
