Do you or your child have a favorite read aloud book that you'd enjoy sharing with us? Please consider coming in to read! We have at least one read aloud time every day, and it's wonderful for the children to hear different readers. Mrs. Cullen and Ms. Post read weekly to the children and I am thrilled to find others who want to come in as well; just let us know and we can schedule something that works for all of us. Thank you!
By the way, have you noticed the books at the top of the blog? These are all titles that we are enjoying in class. If your child is interested, nearly all of them can be found at the Burnham Library. Children gain a great deal by revisiting books that they have already heard aloud.
